Client: Ultimate Gaming Guide | Timeframe: 3 days
We’ve created this intro / logo animation from scratch, only a 2d bitmap logo was provided by UGG, and of course the need to create something cool & dynamic. So we came up with 2 concepts/layouts for the animation. The client liked the concept of ghost-like trail, so it was worked out, along with the 3d version of the logo to allow turning in 3d space. When the logo turns and comes closer at the end, we’ve rendered a mask used for transparency (also known as alpha channel), so that custom video can be integrated after/behind the logo animation.We’ve created originally designed sound effects for the intro as well.
